【摘要】福州地铁5号线洪塘路站场地狭小、临近居民小区且部分施工部位上空存在110KV高压线，施工环境较为复杂，地连墙成槽深度43.9～46.5m，钢筋笼长42.8～45.8m。本文结合工程实践从钢筋笼吊装措施分析入手,针对性地提出并采用钢筋笼整体制作、分节吊装的方案,在复杂环境下吊装过程中充分发挥出钢筋笼吊装安全及高效；通过对钢筋笼吊装设备的选择、吊装过程中的安全控制及钢筋笼拼接质量进行了介绍,总结形成了一整套复杂环境下钢筋笼吊装施工的关键技术,为类似工程的施工提供借鉴参考。<br>关键词：复杂环境、地连墙、钢筋笼、吊装。

[Abstract] the Hongtang Road Station of Fuzhou Metro Line 5 is narrow, close to residential quarters, and there are 110kV high-voltage lines above some construction parts. The construction environment is complex. The trench depth of diaphragm wall is 43.9-46.5m, and the length of reinforcement cage is 42.8-45.8m. Combined with the engineering practice, starting from the analysis of reinforcement cage hoisting measures, this paper puts forward and adopts the scheme of overall fabrication and sectional hoisting of reinforcement cage, so as to give full play to the safety and efficiency of reinforcement cage hoisting in the complex environment. Through the introduction of the selection of reinforcement cage hoisting equipment, the safety control in the hoisting process and the splicing quality of reinforcement cage, This paper summarizes and forms a set of key technologies of reinforcement cage hoisting construction in complex environment, which can provide reference for similar projects.<br>Key words: complex environment, diaphragm wall, reinforcement cage, hoisting.<br>
