吉利帝豪2019款领军版汽车六档变速器设计<br>摘 要<br>汽车变速器主要是要求它能够与发动机很好的配合，保证发动机的动力合理的输出，这就要求变速器应具有合理的档数和适当的传动比来与相应的发动机匹配。<br> 本设计是以吉利帝豪2019款领军版汽车为设计目标，改五档手动变速器为六档手动变速器及换档机构。研究汽车变速器的发展趋势，并熟悉变速器的组成和要求。然后根据吉利帝豪2019款领军版汽车的参数，发动机的最大功率、最大扭矩、整备质量等其它参数，结合所学相关知识，提出传动比的分配方案，及与之相对应的换档机构形式，并进行方案比较，最终选择合适的方案，并进行详细设计、计算和校核以及变速器的输入、输出轴，各档从动齿轮、主动齿轮和倒档齿轮，对轴承、花键和螺栓等标准件进行选型，最后对同步器和操纵机构进行简单讲述。<br> 本设计使用两轴六档变速器，采用同步器换档，传动比分配合理，传动效率高，动力性和经济性好。<br><br>关键词：手动变速器；操纵机构；同步器；传动比

Design of six speed transmission of 2019 model leading automobile of Geely Dihao<br>Abstract<br>The main requirement of automobile transmission is that it can cooperate with the engine well to ensure the reasonable power output of the engine, which requires that the transmission should have a reasonable number of gears and appropriate transmission ratio to match with the corresponding engine.<br>This design aims at the 2019 model of Geely Dihao leading automobile, changing the 5-speed manual transmission into 6-speed manual transmission and shift mechanism. Study the development trend of automobile transmission, and be familiar with the composition and requirements of transmission. Then according to the parameters of Geely Dihao 2019 model leading car, the maximum power, maximum torque, curb weight and other parameters of the engine, combined with the relevant knowledge learned, the distribution scheme of the transmission ratio and the corresponding gearshift mechanism form are proposed, and the scheme comparison is carried out, finally the appropriate scheme is selected, and the detailed design, calculation and verification as well as the input of the transmission are carried out , output shaft, driven gear, driving gear and reverse gear of each gear, select standard parts such as bearings, splines and bolts, and finally briefly describe synchronizer and control mechanism.<br>This design uses two axle six speed transmission, uses synchronizer to shift, the transmission ratio distribution is reasonable, the transmission efficiency is high, the power and the economy are good.<br>Key words: manual transmission; control mechanism; synchronizer; transmission ratio<br>
