我公司预留在贵行的印模、签样（见前页）及其所规定的使用范围是经我公司依法授权同意的，也是在贵行办理各类结算/融资业务所必须的依据。印模、签样及业务范围如有变动，我司将及时通知贵行办理更改或补充手续，否则由此造成的一切后果我司自行承担。

The impression and signature sample (see the previous page) reserved by our company in your bank and the specified scope of use are authorized and agreed by our company according to law, and they are also the necessary basis for handling various settlement / financing businesses in your bank. If there is any change in the impression, signature sample and business scope, we will timely notify your bank to go through the change or supplement procedures, otherwise we will bear all the consequences arising therefrom.

The stamps, signatures (see the previous page) and their specified scope of use reserved by our company in your bank are authorized and agreed by our company according to law, and are also the necessary basis for handling all kinds of settlement/financing business in your bank. If there is any change in stamp, sample signing and business scope, we will promptly notify your bank to handle the change or supplement procedures, otherwise we will bear all the consequences caused by it.
