The analysis of working capital efficiency includes inventory turnover speed, accounts receivable turnover speed, cost and expense ratio. It was found that Baosteel's working capital structure was unreasonable, and the use of working capital was inefficient. The problems of inefficient use of working capital include slow inventory turnover, slow turnover of accounts receivable, and lower cost-to-cost ratio. Propose corresponding solutions to the problem, so that its enterprises can get better long-term development.
