The cultivation of primary school students' sense of responsibility is conducive to the development of their moral quality. With the continuous promotion of social reform, market economy has gradually replaced the original planned economy. Market economy follows the law of value, and its prominent feature is to emphasize personal interests. In the process of pursuing the maximization of interests, people are willing to sacrifice personal reputation and destroy the ecological environment. The lack of integrity, moral decline and other phenomena have a very negative impact on the growing primary school students. In addition to the limitations of physical and mental development of primary school students, their ability of responsible behavior is worrying.
