Objective: To explore the effect of aidet communication mode in the application of family doctors' signing service, so that patients can improve the willingness of family doctors to sign. Methods: 600 cases of family doctor contract service patients in benshekang were divided into routine group and experimental group. Routine communication was used in the routine group from January to March 2019, and aidet communication was used in the experimental group from April to June 2019. The contract rate and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed. Results: after aidet communication, the service signing rate and satisfaction of family doctors were significantly higher than before aidet communication (P < 0.05). Conclusion: aidet communication can make patients fully understand the content of family doctors' signing services, improve the willingness of family doctors to sign contracts, and improve their satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying in community health services.<BR>
