This customer has been perfectly taken care of directly by us here, as Mrs Lei Chen is based in The Netherlands and regularly comes to visit us.Another reason is that they did not want to work with Francis directly as they did not like him and did not trust him either.Mrs lei Chen had asked me during her last visit if her Xi’an Sales team could meet you, just to get to know you as you are replacing Francis and they hopefor a better cooperation and communication.So as explained in the mail I had sent to Mrs Lei Chen in which you were in copy and also sending it again attached - you may certainly go there and meet their sales team, which is what they expect. There is no need to discuss about prices or strategy etc. during that meeting.
