The recovery rate of the first round of inquiries was 89.47%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.865, and the expert coordination coefficient was 0.225. The second round of inquiries asked that the volume recovery rate was 100%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.891, and the expert coordination coefficient was 0.114. <br>(4) This study finally determined the nurse-led discharge plan for gastric cancer patients after surgery, which included 5 first-level indicators, 14 second-level indicators, and 57 third-level indicators. Among them, the first-level indicators include five major aspects: discharge assessment, discharge preparation, discharge education, out-of-hospital follow-up, and effect evaluation.
