For customers who can bring high value to the enterprise, the enterprise needs to focus on selecting and maintaining those who can meet their needs through their own resources and capabilities. Customers who can bring great profits to the enterprise, but the enterprise cannot provide satisfactory goods or services for such customers through its current resources and ability. Such customers can be selected by the enterprise at an appropriate time in the future. Enterprises can easily meet their needs but customers cannot bring high value to the enterprise. What enterprises need to do is not to invest more resources, maintain the status quo, or launch marketing activities to develop such customers into customers who can bring high value to the enterprise. For those customers whose needs cannot be met and who cannot bring high value to the enterprise, the enterprise should not include them in the customer group of the enterprise. Different types of customers need different services, enterprises need to distinguish customer value, reasonable and effective allocation of resources.
