A Jining Qingshan Sheep Farm in Heze, Shandong Province was established to diagnose meningoencephalitis and acute sepsis in Jining Qingshan Sheep. The brain, liver, and kidneys of the deceased Jining Qingshan Sheep were dissected and collected as diseased materials. The pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified, and drug sensitivity tests, Gram staining, biochemical tests, exercise tests, and toxicity tests were conducted. The test results showed that the biochemical, cultural, and hemolytic characteristics of the isolated bacteria were consistent with the pathogenic characteristics of Listeria, confirming that the Listeria was infected and had high sensitivity to azithromycin, cefotaxime sodium, and amikacin. This experiment provides breeding technology reference for farmers.
