Rural students in higher vocational colleges are restricted by many factors, and their employment prospects are more difficult. For this large and special group, if society, schools and families do not pay attention to and actively guide them, the psychological problems they encounter in employment may even become very serious social problems. Therefore, this paper takes the employment psychology of rural students in higher vocational colleges as the research object, tries to understand their current employment psychology, finds out the main problems and causes of their employment psychology, and discusses the necessity and value of countermeasures to eliminate their bad employment psychology. This not only promotes the healthy growth and smooth employment of rural students in higher vocational colleges, but also promotes the healthy development of higher vocational education.
