Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of different nursing methods on the quality of maternal delivery and maternal anxiety. Methods: Randomly selected 60 mothers in my internship hospital to carry out the nursing study from June 2019 to February 2020, and randomly divided 60 mothers into a control group and an experimental group, each group of 30 based on the relevant treatment, after the end of the delivery compared the anxiety status of two groups of patients, the quality of delivery, delivery mode, delivery time and postpartum bleeding. Results: After the postpartum, the sAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the natural birth rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the rate of caesarean section was lower than that of the control group, the postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the delivery time was shorter than that of the control group, and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant (P)
