These diagrams indicate us the proportion of the purposes for which students in different age chose to study, and how employers supported these different age groups. Most juveniles under 26 chose their study aear for career. The percentage of those between 26to 29 who studied for career is around 65%. There are 55%, 40% and 15% people studied for career in the group of 30-39, 40-49 and over 49 respectively. The percentage of the students who spent time to learn new knowledge for interest is only 10% for the group of under 26. For the group 26-29, the percentage increased to 14%. The figures for 30-39, 40-49 and over 49 who studied for interest are 25%, 40% and 68% respectively. These students under 26 got 60% of employers' support. In the elder group, 26-29, the percentage is a bit less(48%). The proportion bottomed in the group of 30-39, with the figure of 30%. In group 40-49, 5% more employers supported their employees than in group 30-39. 40% employees aquired support from their emplyers. To a sum, the proportion of then main reason for study decreases with the age advancing, however, the elder persons are, the more they tend to study for interest. Another conclusion is most employers tend to pay study bills for their young employers.
