1.1 DOCUMENT OBJECTIVEThis CTP Playbook is released as a complement to the existing Playbooks referred below.The specific purpose of the CTP Playbook is to describe the specificities of “VACS” services to be executed at “CTP” sites(note: you can refer to the Glossary at the end of this document in case you need clarification on some specific terms).We will cover both the “CTP Service Setup” and “CTP Production Line” processes and requirements.Configuration Touch Services are Services executed in customer regional sites, to meet specific customer requirements.These services are not done in factories.A Finished Good is a valid bundle of parts manufactured by factory and shipped to a Configuration Touch site (or stockingsite), to apply a Configuration Touch Service (VACS).This general document provides an overview. It also references the technical playbooks.
