Address lock control signal terminal. The ale pin outputs the positive pulse signal continuously when the MCU is working normally. When the CPU accesses the external program memory, the signal output by ale is the control signal with low 8-bit address; however, when the CPU accesses the off-chip data memory, it will skip the pulse signal of ale; when ale does not access the off-chip storage, ale will output the pulse with 1/6 of the oscillator frequency, so ale signal can be used as external output clock or timing signal. Check whether the ale end outputs pulse signal through oscilloscope to judge the quality of the chip. If there is output, the chip is in good condition<br>
