The app was as useless as the email support. I made an account through their own website as well as tried to register through the app but neither would work. Unfortunately the app is required for the watch to function at all. So if you hit send verification code and it does nothing but return an error, then after you make an account it tells you it doesn't exist, so I had to return it. All I wanted was a way to pause my music when messing with crud that I don't want nasty fingers on my phone and this looked the trick but failed miserably. The reviews saying it tanks battery life and opens and closes stuff on your phone kinda also sounds like a red flag but I didn't get that far.<br>
