The overall requirements are guaranteed.The benchmark for the assembly of plastic molds is divided into two cases: On the one hand, the mold is fixed in the plastic mold and in the main part table, the cavity of the movable mold and the core as a benchmark for the assembly. In this case, the guide posts and guide sleeve holes of each movable form of the solid form are not machined first, and the cavity and the core inserts are machined first and then installed in the fixed form and the moveable form between the cavity and the core.
