Zero SettingThe zero adjustment is important to compensate such external determinants impairing themeasurement result - for example the roller weight.Charge the measurement roller/ -pulley with a web tension by means of a web or a belt. Then discharge the measurement roller. In this discharged condition, please avoid a contactof the roller/pulley by the web or the belt in order to realise an exact, reproducible zero adjustment.Use the potentiometers "zero coarse/fine" to adjust the output voltage to zero volt.Checking the Force DirectionThe red point on the sensors front side shows the measurements axis. Please check, whether the values of signal output tension are positive when the sensor ischarged in measurement direction. In case that the values are negative, exchange at the amplifier the connections 1 and 2 at theamplifier.
