In view of the fact that more and more corn deep processing enterprises have been set up around the world to produce starch as the main product, and there are more and more protein as the by-product, how to select and apply them, and how to improve their utilization value have become the practical problems that our feed enterprises must face. In this paper, the technological process of the corn deep processing enterprise, which mainly produces starch, is discussed to understand the formation process of its various protein by-products, and then analyze their nutritional composition and characteristics, so as to provide scientific basis and use standards for us to select and apply them in practical work.<br>
