Collect 0-20cm arable soil, remove plant residual roots, stones and other debris, and then divide the soil of the same sampling point into 2 parts according to the quartering method. One part is dried and screened to determine the chemical properties of the soil, and the other part is put into a sterile bag of dry ice for preservation and then brought back to the laboratory. The - 80 ℃ refrigerator is used for soil DNA genome extraction. See Table 2 for the basic physical and chemical properties of the tested soil after the end of the growing season
