It been a while since I sent you an update but as it has been for you, the world is still in disarray. I will like to keep it short and touch on two important points: energy levels and planning for what comes next. PART1:Let me start by sharing something that many people, in general, do not really pay much attention to in normal times but are so important now. We cannot under estimated our energy level. I know it may sound silly but please hear me out. We have come from 18 months of trade war. As we were about to see some light at the end of the tunnel in December, we were hit a month later with a crisis never seen since World War II. Frankly, I do not know about you, but I felt like I was prepared to run a 400 meter sprint to later find out I am running an ultra-marathon. Week days have become weekends, day become night and night become day. Unless you guys are Hulk and a Monk combined, I tell you it has not been a easy time for me. I share this because it is important that you and your team do take care of your mind as much as your body. As they say, you cannot have one without the other. So please do pay attention to this and follow what I think are three fundamental rules: eat healthy, exercise and get good sleep. We are not out of the woods yet and we have a long way to go. We need to stay strong and healthy if we are to go through this crisis. I know we are all busy but do take the time to do what you think can help you have some balance in your life. Finally, you guys did amazing and you deserve a self-thank you. The way you all have responded until now with this crisis has been nothing but exceptional and this has been recognized by the customer, my Board and our shareholders but most importantly our people. You deserve a BIG thank you for this.
