Sorghum rice contains essential carbohydrates, protein, dietary fiber, folic acid and phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium and other trace mineral elements, it has and stomach, Xiaoji, warm, astringent stomach, anti-cholera effect; the main function of spleen deficiency dampness, dyspepsia and damp-heat dysentery, and so on. Microwave heating is also a very common and widely used household appliance. Therefore, from the perspective of comprehensive utilization of sorghum and healthy diet, this study aims at the influence of microwave heating on compound rice and the research and development of new products. It provides effective basis for microwave heating and full utilization of sorghum in the future.
