摘要：为强化作业现场安全生产管理，企业在“安全生产学科”领域引入“人力资源”和“质量管理”等学科，提出了“安全生产综合管理”的概念和方法，并以一线班组为平台，以作业现场为关注焦点，以开展“安全员轮岗制”为契机，人事部门、质量部门同安全生产管理部门和一线班组所在部门一起，深度开展对作业现场的安全管理，丰富了全员安全生产责任制，对弥补安全生产管理工作中的短板大有助力。<br>关键词：管理；全员参与；安全生产

ABSTRACT: In order to strengthen the safety production management on the job site, enterprises introduce the disciplines of "human resources" and "quality management" into the field of "safety production discipline", put forward the concept and method of "comprehensive management of safety production", and take the front-line team as the platform, the job site as the focus of attention, the opportunity of developing "safety staff rotation system", and the personnel department and quality department are in harmony with each other.
