In this paper, the hydrothermal method was used to prepare B-graphene nanocomposites with different concentrations of doping to achieve controlled growth of B-doped graphene. The relationship between structure and properties of graphene composites is constructed to achieve effective regulation of the photoelectric properties of graphene devices. The morphology and crystal structure of the sample were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). The electrochemical properties of the samples were characterized by electrochemical workstations.
