During the prenatal period, the majority of mothers anticipated hearing that they are doing a good job from their partner as a positive support for breastfeeding; additionally, at the post-natal time points, approximately half of the mothers identified being told that they are doing a good job as a positive form of support received from their partner for breastfeeding.
