(PID65)OIL TREATING DRUM D650Vessel used to hold contaminated oil before neutralization. Capacity of drum is _________ M3 and operates at 0.05 barg. Drum uses nitrogen via FO-_______ to hold a positive pressure. There is a sight glass and a high level alarm LSA-_________. The vessel is equipped with two drum coils: the first one with low pressure steam; the second one with refrigerated water to control the temperature of neutralization, while Atmer is being added from D160.OIL TREATING MIXER A650 The turbine mixer is used to improve heat transfer during treatment and to keep the solids suspended in the oil. Rotates clockwise at 750 RPM.NITROGEN SPARGER Z650 The sparger is located inside and near the bottom of D650. It is used to evenly disperse nitrogen through the material in D650 to purge any possible absorbed propylene.TRCA-________ The temperature in D650 is controlled by TRCA-_________. TV-_______A/B are cascaded together to allow refrigerated water and low pressure steam to flow respectively through coils to control the temperature during the treatment process. Instrument range is 0-1000C. Normal setpoint is 10 0C. Low and high alarms set at 5 and 50 0 C respectively.LSAH-________ Indicates high level in D650 at 80%. The alarm is located on the control room console. Activates an IS and stops flow to drum. The IS is deactivated by HS-_________
