With the development of science and technology and the development of social economy, high-rise buildings have become a symbol of modern cities. As a vertical transport, elevators can transport large numbers of people and items and play a vital role in buildings. The elevator is controlled by a programmable controller. Through reasonable selection and design, the control level of the elevator can be effectively improved, and the control of the elevator can achieve the desired control effect. The design is based on the Siemens s7-200plc ladder control system. Based on the introduction of elevator structure, control requirements of three-story elevator and how to realize the design of control system and PLC in elevator control system, ladder diagram, program debugging and experimental equipment, the model of elevator module QSPLC-III is analyzed. Simulation experiments were carried out in the elevator control system.
