At this stage, there are not a few colleges and universities offering human resource management majors, but there are very few that truly realize the integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching. Most schools are only formal in terms of practical teaching due to a series of problems such as insufficient funds and weak teachers. It does not go deep into reality. Most schools still focus on the theoretical teaching in the past in terms of curriculum arrangements. In terms of time allocation, theoretical teaching occupies most or even all of the curriculum learning, which is not conducive to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality.
