2.2 The whole machine design requirements.<br>The whole machine layout makes full use of the filling room space, reasonable layout (provides floor plan, dimension and area).<br>All stainless steels in contact with the product are constructed with SUS 316. The rest of the stainless steel can be constructed using SUS 304. All exceptions must be in writing and approved by the customer.<br>All sealed materials in contact with products, gases and CIP must be food grade.<br>All materials must be suitable for cleaning and disinfection and meet the highest specifications given by the supplier, especially for sealing and other sensitive materials.<br>The entire equipment should provide easy access to all components for adequate cleaning by spraying water without any damage.<br>All horizontal surfaces in the sterile isolation room should be tilted in order to drain themselves, such as covers, frames, etc.<br>Cable sheath materials, pneumatic hoses and piping materials must be resistant to all conditions for intended use, especially those for cleaning and disinfectants (corrosion and high temperatures, etc.).<br>The minimum frame of the equipment is not less than 150mm from the ground, the frame feet of the filling machine can adjust the height, and the bottom drain line is set on the bottom side of the filling machine before it can be removed and is easy to remove.<br>The frame supports the guard gate, each door is equipped with interlocking safety devices, in accordance with CE standards.<br>The safety guard door belt is sealed to prevent the door from being opened by mistake, ensuring safe and reliable operation.<br>The door cannot be opened during machine operation, there is a locking function, a safety interlock function.<br>All lines on the machine (compressed air, cooling water, steam, etc.), lines (electricity, etc.) must have a visual number and correspond to the service manual or drawing provided for daily service.
