Check the injection pressure and atomization status of the injector should be carried out on the injector tester. The test instrument is composed of a manual oil pump, a pressure gauge and a storage tank, etc. The diesel oil in the tank enters the manual oil pump, and the high-pressure diesel oil after being pressurized enters the injector and spurts out in a foggy manner.1. Check fuel injection pressure. Loosen the pressure regulating screw on the injector, install the injector on the tester (see figure 3-1), and press the handle on the tester up and down repeatedly, so that the injector and the high-pressure tubing are completely filled with diesel. Then slowly press the handle, paying attention to the gauge reading. When the reading begins to fall, it is the opening pressure of the injector, and the reading shall meet the standard requirements. If the injection pressure of type 6135 diesel engine is 17.5mpa, otherwise it must be adjusted. The pressure regulation of domestic type fuel injector is mostly realized by adjusting the pressure regulating screw and changing the pretension of the pressure regulating spring. Inspection of fuel injector injection quality. Press the tester handle slowly and continuously to check the fuel injection quality of the injector.
