Scholars in Japan and overseas point out the importance of recruitment from the arrangement of the research situation in Japan and overseas. In particular, in the early stages of overseas recruitment research, the theoretical basis for human resource development is solid, a series of guiding theories are born, and early research in recruitment work in human resource management focuses on the use of recruitment channels, characteristics of recruitment management, and methods of talent evaluation. In recent years, due to the impact of economic globalization, companies have been affected accordingly, and foreign scholars are paying more and more attention to recruitment research, not only publishing and publishing large volumes of related books and articles, but also expanding the scope of recruitment research. Systematic research and development of recruitment is relatively slow, many modern personnel management theories and ideas come mainly from abroad, the proportion of actual research gradually overtakes theoretical research, corporate managers pay more attention to the role of human resources management in corporate operations, and also gradually increase the construction and investment of human resources departments, due to the lack of human resources management concepts of corporate managers themselves, lack of human resources management ability.
