One of the biggest challenges for Executive MBA teaching is to find instructors who can capture the attention of these demanding audiences. Most of the EMBA students have already taken the basic business course. They take this course because they want to have a deeper understanding of the current operation mode of their company, not for personal development or career change. Such a course is difficult to teach and expensive. EMBA students expect teachers to have not only theoretical knowledge, but also real experience to explain those theories. Sean Kilbridge, a professor at HEC School of management in Paris, said it meant bringing in top professors and trusted senior business people from around the world, including former CEOs.<br>
