MSC recommended that the latest and successful format of an onlinemeeting on MS Teams of 2 hours duration, with lead-ins to discussions byBoard members, was to be used.The suggested topic of “A year later – still coping” was discussed withsuggested aspects such as motivating to keep seasoned talent;communication with people and maintaining a community with some active,many laid-off or on programs; and mental health.The Board approved the recommendation to run the Quarterly Conferenceas outlined and also approved the recommendation to engage with PLC inthe detailed planning of the program.The Quarterly Conference for Q2-2021 is set for 17 June 2021.
