A new idea of combining wind power generation with solar energy collector system to provide the necessary energy to the users is proposed. The energy generated by wind turbine and the heat of solar collector are used in heating, cooling, power supply and hydrogen production of buildings. The paper studies how the input conditions are different and how to affect the energy output and productivity efficiency of the combined energy supply system by establishing mathematical model. The results show that the output capacity and efficiency of the system is higher than that of the single energy system. The maximum energy efficiency of the system can reach 65% and the maximum energy utilization efficiency can reach 43%. The maximum output power of wind turbine is 48 kW, the refrigeration effect is 28 kW and the heating effect is 298 . 5 kW. 1614 tons of carbon dioxide are reduced annually.<br>
