开腹手术和腹腔镜手术治疗老年结直肠癌患者的效果分析<br>目 的<br>比较开腹结直肠癌根治术与腹腔镜手术在治疗老年结直肠癌患者的临床效果，并对其手术安全性进行分析。<br>方 法<br>选取2018年1月到2019年12月这一时间段，本院各外科接诊收治的共计80例接受结直肠癌手术治疗的老年患者（≥65岁）作为研究对象，将所有搜集的患者依据不同的手术方式分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组采用开腹结直肠癌根治术方式治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术方式治疗。分别统计分析观察组与对照组两组患者的术前1天、术中以及术后1天的动脉血气指标包括二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）和动脉血气PH值，心率、中心静脉压（CVP）、平均动脉压（MAP）等呼吸循环功能指标及术后近期疗效指标包括吻合口瘘、尿潴留、感染、肠梗阻等并发症情况。<br>结 果<br>对比观察组与对照组手术前1天的各项呼吸循环功能指标，差异无统计学意义；术中观察组的CVP、MAP 、PH值及PaCO2较对照组明显升高，但是两组患者心率无明显变化（P>0.05），呼吸循环功能具有显著差异（P
