Positive attribution can positively predict mental health problems in adolescents. Therefore, this paper reveals that in family and school education can train students to solve the problem by positive attribution. People need to be in control of the behavior of the outside world, including others, and more to inspire attribution in special situations or negative events that people have not experienced in the past. Therefore, families and schools should try to reduce the negative events on students' psychological impact, teachers can advance the students to learn methods of training and penetration, so that students can be prepared, in order to avoid the new way of learning feel uncomfortable. At the same time, teachers and parents should guide students on dating, and at the same time, through the growth record to let children know more about themselves.
