Positive attribution can positively predict mental health problems of adolescents. Therefore, this paper enlightens us that in family and school education, we can solve the problem by cultivating students' positive attribution. People need to control the behavior of the external world, including others, and more in special situations and negative events that people have not experienced in the past. Therefore, families and schools should try their best to reduce the impact of negative events on students' psychology. Teachers can train and infiltrate students' learning methods in advance, so that students can be prepared to avoid discomfort with new learning methods. At the same time, teachers and parents should make friends with students and guide them. At the same time, children can learn more about themselves through growth records.
