目的 探讨鼻腔孤立性良性肿物的治疗。方法 分析我科自2015年7月～2019年10月住院手术治疗的12例鼻腔孤立性良性肿物患者的临床资料及治疗效果。 结果 所有病例在术后症状消失, 经随访无复发,一例发生鼻中隔穿孔。 结论 鼻腔孤立性良性肿物经鼻内镜手术治疗效果好。

Objective to investigate the treatment of solitary benign tumor in nasal cavity. Methods the clinical data and treatment effect of 12 patients with isolated benign nasal masses treated by surgery in our department from July 2015 to October 2019 were analyzed. Results the symptoms disappeared in all cases, and no recurrence was found after follow-up. Conclusion endoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of solitary benign nasal masses.<br>
