本研究以“小班幼儿”为研究对象，运用观察、访谈两种研究方法，从保山市幼儿园小班幼儿入、离园方面、幼儿进餐方面、幼儿睡眠方面、幼儿盥洗方面、幼儿入厕方面、幼儿饮水方面等一系列生活活动环节进行了现状调查，在实施观察和访谈的基础上中对小班幼儿一日生活活动的现状进行客观描述，并对存在的问题及原因进行分析，进一步提出相应的策略和建议。
