It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure that all hazards associated with the subsystem have been identified and correctly managed.Requirements to supplier that are related to hazard identification and management through safety requirement for fulfilling guiding safety principles are:• Manage hazards originating from normal and extraordinary environmental conditions• Manage hazards arising through errors in operation or maintenance• Ensure that safety requirements for all stages of the project are implemented and achieved• Ensure that safety requirements are delivered in operation and maintenance documentation, as appropriate• Ensure that later changes or modifications that are within the scope of the Supplier do not lead to a reduction in safety• Take account of any additional hazard or safety measure required by BT and issued from the Train level hazard analysis or other system safety analysis, which can impact the subsystem.The following modes of operation shall be considered during hazard analysis (vandalism shall be excluded).- Normal operation (N)- Degraded mode (D)- Workshop visits and maintenance (M)- Emergency mode (E)"
