This paper analyzes the legislation of personality right, points out the bright spots of the perfection of the right to name and portrait in the Civil Code, and also puts forward the lack of credit right, the right to peace, the expansion of the subject of personality right, etc. in legislation, and puts forward relevant legislative proposals for the perfection of personality right.
