[摘要] 目的:探讨养血清脑颗粒对脑梗死后抑郁症患者神经功能及血清指标的影响。方法:选取2016年6月~2019年6月我院纳入的100例脑梗死后抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用帕罗西汀治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用养血清脑颗粒治疗,分别在治疗前后运用汉密斯顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、脑卒中神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)对两组患者进行评分,比较两组患者治疗前后皮质醇、Noradrenaline(NE)、Dopamine(DA)及5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)水平。结果:治疗后,两组NIHSS、HAMD、HAMA评分、皮质醇水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(均P<0.05),两组5-HT、DA及NE均显著上升,且观察组显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);两组不良反应率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:养血清脑颗粒联合帕罗西汀可有效改善脑梗死后抑郁患者神经功能,调节血清中5-HT等多项指标水平,改善患者焦虑抑郁症状效果显著,且不增加不良反应。
