The decision domain optimization is used to enhance the optimization performance and convergence speed of the algorithm. It also adjusts the parameters adaptively and uses the memory library. The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is used as the adjustment bandwidth to solve the problems of poor convergence of the harmony algorithm, long optimization time and low efficiency.
