As a new super capacitor energy storage device, characterized in recent years because of its high power density and long cycle life caused widespread attention. Metal-organic framework material (of MOFs) are a new type of porous material having a high specific surface area, high porosity, and specific sites more metal structures. This paper reviews the recent application of MOFs supercapacitor, followed by controlling the solvent used in the ZIF-67, synthetic, three different structures of the ZIF-67 material. Observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) view in different solvents in the as-synthesized ZIF-67 has a significant difference in particle shape and size. The electrochemical cyclic voltammetry (the CV), constant current charge and discharge, and AC impedance electrochemical techniques to characterize the electrochemical properties found that, when the ZIF-67 material is prepared using different solvents, the obtained material performance is different. Wherein, ZIF-67 has a two-dimensional sheet-like structure of the material, due to its ability to provide large specific surface area and rich active site, the best electrochemical performance.
