Compared with high-quality classes, it is found that the discourse behaviors of novice teachers and skilled teachers account for a higher proportion in the classroom, among which novice teachers have a greater proportion of teacher discourse, that is, students are at a lower position in the classroom of novice teachers; in addition, Novice teachers and experienced teachers are not good at asking open questions.
