Post-holiday syndrome <br>With the development of society, people feel more and more anxious after a happy holiday. The first day we went back to Hebei University of science and technology to study, we usually felt exhausted and not in the mood to study. In fact, we have post holiday syndrome.<br>There are many reasons for post holiday syndrome, the most important of which is our irregular lifestyle during the holidays. As far as I'm concerned, I used to watch TV until 1 or 2 a.m. I know I should go to bed early, but I can't help watching anime. Because of this, I usually get up at 11 a.m. and miss breakfast. In my vacation, one day is just afternoon and evening for me, which makes me feel uncomfortable when I go back to study. In addition, we like the feeling of relaxing during the holidays, which makes us have the illusion of hating learning.<br>In order to adapt to our normal pace of life, we'd better do something. First of all, we should make psychological adjustment and tell ourselves it's time to learn. Secondly, it will help to ensure our normal diet and increase the intake of nutritious food. More importantly, it's useful to adjust our biological clock by exercising.<br>In short, post holiday syndrome is not a disease. If we treat it correctly, it will soon disappear.<br>
