Phenomenons such as littering on the street, which boil down to deficiency of the sense of social responsibility, adversely affect modern society. Therefore, it matters a great deal to both individuals and all communities that a sense of social responsibility is supposed to be highly valued. In the first place, from my perspective, every citizen ought to have a sense of social responsibility. The building of a harmonious society cannot be pushed without the members of communities who are an essential part of enhancing economic growth. To some extent, it is widely acknowledged that the sense of social responsibility is the power which has the unweaving support for the stability of our society.More precisely, keeping the sense of responsibility more often than not reminds citizens that they are participating in building prosperous communities---that is why social responsibility ought to be highly valued. In a nutshell, it is self-evident that a promising future of society, in the 21st century, requires all its members to never fail to exert sufficient importance on the sense of responsibility, which becomes more and more of significance to the prosperity and stability of modern communities.
