When freshmen enter the University, their learning adaptability is particularly important in the face of changes in learning methods, learning motivation, learning content, learning requirements and learning environment. Based on the investigation and analysis of Freshmen's learning adaptability, this paper puts forward a "three in one" model, which integrates teaching management, teachers' teaching and students' self-management.
