With the transformation and development of local colleges and universities, the personnel training mode has changed and adjusted accordingly, and the cultivation of students' professional practical ability has been paid attention to. The learning of English majors has its particularity. When freshmen enter the University, their learning adaptability is particularly important in the face of changes in learning methods, learning motivation, learning content, learning requirements and learning environment. Based on the investigation and analysis of Freshmen's learning adaptability, this paper puts forward a "three in one" model, which integrates teaching management, teachers' teaching and students' self-management. It aims to strengthen the cultivation of Freshmen's learning adaptability, and implement an effective mechanism to guide freshmen to shorten their learning adaptation period.<br>
