• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle, including creation of role profiles, screening candidates, interview assessment, making offer, contract preparation and onboarding.• Identify effective recruitment channels, proactively source candidates based on recruitment strategies and target talent pool. • Handle employees’ data transactions and maintain the database in HRIS.• Help with the MPF, medical insurance and expenses claim administration.• Prepare the hiring channel analytic reports and create proactive talent pipelining.• Participate in global employer branding project, conduct talent research reports and help with building the promotional content.• Support internship program and campus recruitment plan, maintain a good relationship with universities and colleges.
