Polypropylene, abbreviated as PP, is a kind of polymer formed by the addition polymerization of propylene. It is a thermoplastic synthetic resin with excellent performance. Polypropylene has chemical resistance, heat resistance, insulation, high-strength mechanical properties and excellent processing resistance. Therefore, since the birth of polypropylene, it has been widely used in many fields, such as automobile, machinery, electrical appliances, textile and packaging. Compared with PE, the mechanical properties of PP are higher in strength, rigidity and hardness. However, the strength, rigidity and hardness of PP are lower in plastic materials. In order to enhance the mechanical properties of polypropylene, when high strength is needed, the polypropylene is modified and basalt fiber is used to synthesize basalt fiber reinforced polypropylene composite. The mechanical properties of the composite are better than that of polypropylene.<br>This design has a comprehensive analysis of the production status of basalt fiber-reinforced polypropylene composite in foreign countries, the properties and properties of basalt fiber-reinforced polypropylene composite, and the use of basalt fiber-reinforced polypropylene composite. In this design, the production process of basalt fiber-reinforced polypropylene has been improved to some extent, and a more reasonable and efficient production equipment has been adopted. The basalt fiber-reinforced polypropylene composite material is produced by melt blending of twin-screw extruder. According to the impact of the production on the environment, the site selection of the factory has been evaluated, and the investment in equipment funds and total investment cost have been carried out The economic calculation is carried out, and the workshop layout and the production process flow chart of this design are drawn with Auto CAD.
